Main Meal: Strawberry Field greens, sliced strawberries, red onion, and blueberries with Raspberry Vinaigrette or White Balsamic Dressing. Dual Entrees: Salmon Seared and topped with cucumber dill sauce and Boneless Braised Beef Short Rib. Accompanied by seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, and fresh rolls with butter.
