Administrative Support is an important part of our Kiwanis Club budget. These funds pay for many of the everyday expenses that keep our club operating and visible in the community, including club and meeting supplies, breakfast and potluck supplies, our post office box, outreach flyers and publications, displays, advertising, website support, parade expenses, awards, farewell and thank-you gifts, and other necessary or unexpected club expenses.

Unlike many of our other activities, these expenses cannot be paid from Winefest proceeds, Foundation funds, or membership dues.

We do our best to fund Administrative Support through can recycling, breakfast and coffee donations, Happy Dollars, and auction items. Unfortunately, these sources consistently fall short of covering the amount needed each year.

Rather than create another fundraiser—Winefest is our club's one and only major fundraiser—we are asking members who are able to consider making a special contribution to our Administrative Support Fund.

Any amount helps. Your contribution will help cover the behind-the-scenes costs that allow our club to focus its time and energy where it belongs: serving the children and community of Steilacoom.
